1 Color Screen Print

Whats good, so to catch up we closed the studio recently and have started recently working out my loft. Everything kind of slowed up a bit but we’re back in production. Made a few hoodies for my homie Lourdes. Check out the process below of how we got this print job completed.

First we lined up with screen.

Always use a measuring tape to line up the design.

Always use every bit of plastisol white ink.

Flood ink across the board.

Then press down hard on second stroke.

Lift screen slowly to make sure the garment does not rip off the pallet.

Ensure all ink is pressed through the screen for the highest quality print.

Flash dry and then repeat processs.
